This was a project completed for my application to the photography degree at Southampton Solent university. The task was to photograph boarders. Being in Leicester which is a very multicultural city and a number of my course mates being from other countries I decided to base the project on international boarders. I asked each subject where they were from and found it on a map, I then took their portrait with them showing their passport. I then photoshopped the map into the background giving the emphasis to the location they're from and the international boarder.
