This was completed for my final project during my access to higher education course in visual media communication at Leicester College.
The project was titled do portraits have to be still. I investigated different forms of media to produce portraits. during my research I found the work by David Hockney where he would take multiple photographs of a situation from different positions and then 'join' them together to form the image.
I took the photographs of my family whilst playing a board game. I kept the focal length at the same point (I didn't have a prime lens at that time) and took different shots as the game went along.
I then had the photographs printed and carefully placed them on a board to produce the joiner.
